INTERVIEW | Rachel on Creativity and Vegan Food Trucks

Last week I took the opportunity to sit down with a good friend and entrepreneurial badass Rachel Musquiz, founder of Austin-based food truck Curcuma. Rachel talks about how she navigated her way out of the corporate jungle that is Times Square and found herself in a beautiful, turquoise food truck in the heart of ATX, serving up plants that feed the body, mind and soul.
